Begin this 5-day cruise by ringing in the New Year on the waters of Sydney’s Harbour before exploring the wild bays to the north.
Your cruise starts in Sydney, Australia’s largest city. Tour the unforgettable Sydney Opera House and say “G’day” to kangaroos, koalas and other marsupials at the Taronga Zoo before hitting the water on the Truth North. Sail up to Sydney’s Middle Harbour before finding a prime spot on the water to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks off the iconic Harbour Bridge.
The Truth North is a small luxury cruise vessel that carries a maximum of 36 passengers. The fully-equipped vessel has an upscale bar, lounge, dining room and observation deck, as well as an onboard helicopter. It’s well suited for maximum comfort as you explore the waters north of Sydney.
Just north of Sydney is Jerusalem Bay and the Hawkesbury River. This wild, tranquil region boasts honeycombed cliffs and crystal blue waters. Explore the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, one of the country’s oldest natural protection areas. Take a helicopter ride to Hunter Valley and sample the region’s celebrated wines. Hike the Jerusalem Bay Bush Track and swim in the crystal waters of the bay.

New Years Eve
Visit Sydney's famed Taronga Zoo or take-off in the helicopter for a scenic flight over the Harbour. Spend the afternoon swimming and beach combing on the squeaky white sands of either Quarantine Beach or Store Beach as the chefs prepare one of the True North's renowned barbecues!
Then enjoy a leisurely cruise to Middle Harbour before taking up one of Sydney's best vantages to witness the Harbour Bridge fireworks display - Happy New Year!

Northern Beaches
After an early morning cruise along Sydney's revered northern beaches - enjoy breakfast in the beautiful surrounds of Pittwater. Morning activities will include a walk to the Barrenjoey Lighthouse, beach combing and a scenic cruise past the Pittwater Yacht clubs. There may also be a chance to walk from Longnose Point to Flint and Steel Bay through the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park - Australia's second oldest national park.
A helicopter flight to the Hunter Valley and wine tasting at our feature winery is sure to be a cruise highlight!
Whilst you are enjoying lunch the True North will cruise to Maitland Bay. Enjoy a swim or a bush walk through the surrounding national park. Sunset drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served on the beach before an evening cruise to Jerusalem Bay.

Jerusalem Bay and Hawkesbury
Wake up to the shrill of the Jerusalem Bay cicadas. Join the crew for a bush walk along the Jerusalem Bay Bush Trail or head out in the expedition boats for sightseeing and swimming. Then savour a lunch on the sparkling waters of Cowan Creek, or join the heli-flight to the Blue Mountains and enjoy lunch at Echoes Boutique Hotel - a winner of "Restaurant of the Year"!
In the afternoon the True North will anchor at the mouth of the Hawkesbury. Take a scenic ride in one of the ship's expedition boats to the river’s upper reaches or visit a local Oyster farm. In the evening a live band will make your last night in the Hawkesbury a night to remember!
