Casablanca is defined by its blend of French colonial and traditional Moroccan architecture. Staying at a hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city’s Art Deco-styled downtown, you’ll spend two nights in Casablanca to explore its historical and cultural landmarks. On a full-day private tour you’ll see Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in the country and one of its definitive landmarks, before strolling along Ain Diab Corniche to enjoy beautiful views of the coastline. Reach Mohammed V Square, the centre of the city, to see its administrative buildings, before continuing the tour to the old avenues of Habous Quarter. If you have time, you can also visit the Abderrahman Slaoui Museum, a relatively-new museum in the Art Deco district that showcases a private collection of jewelry, crystal boxes, and vintage posters from around the world.

Full Day Casablanca City Tour
This morning you will be met at your hotel in Casablanca to start your full day city tour. The tour begins with an outside visit of Hassan II Mosque. The great Hassan II Mosque was commissioned by its namesake, King Hassan II, in part to provide Casablanca with a single landmark monument. It is the largest mosque in the country and the 7th largest in the world. You then continue to the Ain Diab Corniche for a pleasant stroll along the coast, and Mohammed V Square in the city center. Place Mohammed V is the grand centerpiece of the French regeneration scheme. The vast square is surrounded by an impressive array of august administrative buildings, mostly designed by Henri Prost and Robert Marrast. The city tour also includes the Habous quarter, one of the oldest areas in Casa, as well as some time stop at Morocco Mall. There is also an optional visit to the Abdehman Slaoui Museum, before being transferred back to your hotel. This is a new museum which was opened in May 2012. It is situated in an attractive Art Deco building which dates back to the 1940s. The exhibits are from Abderrahman Slaoui, a businessman who spent more than fifty years building up a collection of items from around the world. The museum has an impressive collection of vintage posters, antique jewelry and Bohemian crystal boxes.
