We are always seeking talented people to join our team of Goway Destination Specialists. Our experts are passionate about expanding their knowledge of specific regions of the world, such as Asia or Africa and have the ability to create custom itineraries, providing individualized service and a personal touch.
We accept new hires into dedicated intake classes throughout the year, where we train our specialists for six weeks as they transition into their specialist teams. We will continue to enhance your skills with coaching and ongoing product training.
There’s no better way to learn a destination than to experience it! We also offer Destination Specialists the chance to embark on a company-sponsored FAM (familiarization) trip to destinations like Peru, India, Tahiti, or Australia to name a few.
We employ a range of supportive technologies, including a high-quality reservation system for providing our clientele with personalized itineraries.
