What benefits does Goway offer?

What are some of the different jobs at Goway?
We have a variety of jobs here at Goway. In a sales role, we offer positions such as Destination Specialists, as well as Business Development Managers, and Air and Groups experts. We also have a variety of positions that support our sales teams, such as Product Managers, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, HR & Training to name a few. We encourage growth at Goway and promotion from within.
Are there work-from-home positions available?
We are committed to supporting employees who work remotely. We offer home-based positions in a variety of roles.
What are the working hours?
Goway Travel North America is open from 9 AM-9 PM EST Monday to Friday and 10-6 PM EST on Saturday. Most people work a 9/5 or 10/6 shift, with some departments working alternative shifts to cover time zone differences. Our Destination Experts, Air and Groups experts work on a rotating Saturday and some public holidays with time in lieu provided, and will occasionally be asked to participate in a travel show/event outside of normal hours.
Are there opportunities to work overseas or transfer to other offices?
We have offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Sydney and Manila. We provide opportunities to transfer or work at home from a global location. We are flexible when an employee requests a travel-related leave of absence. We value the experiences that fuel your passion for travel.
Does Goway offer work experience or internship placements?
Goway offers work experience or internship placements only through colleges and universities.
Does Goway support Working Holiday visas?
Yes, we support qualified employees for working visas and also visa extensions for valued employees.
